Since Docker Hub is going to limit [the amount of pulls you can do without authentication](https://www.docker.com/blog/revisiting-docker-hub-policies-prioritizing-developer-experience/), we’re going to make GHCR (Github’s docker image hosting service) the default. We’ll keep pushing to both docker index and GHCR, but I’ve updated all references on the website to GHCR (`ghcr.io/silverbulletmd/silverbullet` instead of `zefhemel/silverbullet`).

This makes it also a bit easier to track number of people pulling these images, which is nice. I never had any stats on this before.

> GitHub is where people build software. More than 150 million people use GitHub to discover, fork, and contribute to over 420 million projects.

If you like, you make the change in your setup too.

I see SilverBullet does not user [semantic versioning](https://semver.org/), but recent images from /v2 changed from Ubuntu to Alpine and that might be a breaking change 😛

(to my experience, Alpine is if little gain but that is off-topic 😃 ).
