I just updated from Silverbullet v1 to v2. It seems to work fine and I just did the first changes to convert old, no longer supported queries to the new format. One thing I noticed is that the index page is broken as the include referencing !silverbullet.md/Getting Started is no longer rendered:
You can replace your existing index page with that file’s contents. SilverBullet won’t recreate it automatically in an existing space: the default index is only seeded when the space contains no Markdown files.
