silverbullet-math syntax not working

I am looking for Latex render plugin, and i found https://github.com/MrMugame/silverbullet-math, but seens it didnt work for me, the error properly caused by syntax.define is not in standard api.

Is this the normal case? Silverbullet is not support custom syntax. Or just my silverbulltet is broken.

My silverbullet version is v2 btw.

More specifically what is your version number (run the "Client: Version" command), because this is a feature added in 2.6.1

sorry for too late response. my version is SilverBullet 2.5.2-0-gad45eebb. i will update my silverbullt to latest version and try it , thanks your response.
