Hey, I'm just posting to see whether anyone else has experienced a similar problem.
The Silver Bullet clients nowadays seem to go into offline mode extremely easily, even when the internet connections are quite stable. I'm experiencing this on both mobile device browsers and on PC, where I often see that the clients are not connected.
I can guarantee that I don't see any issues from the server side or the overall internet connections. I wanted to confirm this with other users and see if any of you have an idea why this is happening?
I have noticed this too, it may show the offline mode a bit too eagerly when a single request fails. Perhaps I should make this a little less aggressive in terms of offline reporting?
Yes, I think this is definitely a case of oversensitivity, but from my experience, it's possibly not only a false alarm. When it's reporting offline, the synchronization across devices is also very slow.
In my experience, if that offline report doesn't turn green, it will never synchronize to the other device. So, I think our synchronization approach might be a little bit off as well.
