This week I gave in to the Grok Bot hype and set it up as its own user in SilverBullet+.

The setup was simpler than I expected:

- Turned on multi-user in the dashboard.
- Created a grok user with its own email and password.
- Tested it by leaving "Hello @grok, can you reply if you can see this?" on my index page. A minute later it had replied right below the message.

It talks to the server over the same HTTP file API the client uses, so there's no plugin and nothing to install in the space. Because it's a normal user, I can see everything it writes, and I can cut off its access from the dashboard at any time.

Next I think I will explore adding an Ask Grok page where I drop questions and it answers in place

Has anyone else wired an AI agent in as a real user? I'm curious how everyone else is using them.

You may also want to install the [SilverBullet CLI · SilverBullet](https://silverbullet.md/cli) into environment like this (they tend to support terminal access and software installation) so it can talk and explore SilverBullet more deeply that way.

btw, you mention SilverBullet+ but I suppose what you're talking about here is a SilverBullet Server in multi-space mode (now the default deployment mode) right?
