BLOCKING: External image link not working

I want to insert a external image to SB post.
I use the syntax

![]()

like that

1000×667 108 KB

I think tjat is working but not anymore.
SB interprets external url as relative internal url.
ex: https://silverbullet.test.com/https%3A%2F%2F121clicks.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2023%2F11%2Fwikimedia-commons-best-photos-02.jpg

Any idea to solve this issue?
