Can we hide "meta documents" from suggestions?

When using Navigate: Document Picker (Ctrl-o) or the completion popup for ![[, I see suggestions like this:

Is there a reasonable way to mark all documents under Library/ as #meta documents that should be hidden from the standard suggestions?

Yeah this makes sense. Can you create a Github issue for it? Wondering if this should just be convention based or something else...
