Detail info popups

I guess I made an undeliberate change somewhere, but can't find what or where.
(I'm on Windows 11, Silverbullet+ 2.9.0)

In the editor, all items are dotted-underlined, and when I hover over an item, I see an info box with detailed information:

How can I disable this?

that's x ray mode, and you can toggle it in the command palette
