Order query by count?

I found this template through the Silverbullet.md website:

Now I wonder if this template could be altered so that the tags will be sorted by their “count” output. Is such a thing possible?

Also besides that, a second question a bit apart from the topic: is it normal that this template needs some time until I can see the results?
