Some sort of mechanism to make changes to multiple pages in a space based on a query and maybe a regex change, maybe with some way to see all possible changes in some way before doing it? I currently rename/remove a tag across multiple documents using find and sed, but being able to do it in the app itself might be nice.

That would be neat, it reminds me kind of like Dendron used to do it with Hierarchy refactor, but that was a totally different structure.
