Quicknote shortcut not working

Using silverbullet 0.8.2, alt shift n produces this error:

Same when I use it from the command palette. What could I be doing wrong?

I use this command 10x per day so this should work. Can you provide some more context?

  • Do you see any errors in your browser’s JavaScript console that may help? In your server’s log?
  • Are you running in Online or Sync mode?
  • Do you have any custom templates (especially newPage ones) in place, space scripts?
  • What operating system are you running on?
