Repositories repeated in Library Manager

There are 3 Repositories listed in Library Manager.

  1. Library/Std/Repositories
  2. Repositories/Std
  3. sb/Repositories/Std

I think I've created the problem where I copied Library/Std/Repositories content to a page in my space (when I was learning about sb). I have tried to delete pages 2 and 3 but delete command says 'Couldn't delete file. path is not writable'.

I cannot see the files in the space folder. I have done a clean and a reindex but they are still persisting.

May the #meta/repository in the content could be part of the problem.
Any tips on how to remove pages 2 and 3 above?
