Knowing SB is for hackers I hope there is a shortcut for opening the link under cursor.
Hackers don’t use mouse, right? 
Ctrl-Enter or Cmd-Enter (depending on your OS) should do the trick

Ok, it is named “Navigate: To This Page”, that’s why I cannot find (tried keywords “jump”, “open” and “link”, all failed)

Is it worth to talk about improving it? Like command aliases? Or keywords for commands? Or totally useless?
I was originally thinking of simply better naming, but that would lead to backwards compatibility issues. Perhaps aliases are indeed an option.
Hm, if you cannot change the wording of the command (without breaking the code), then you cannot i18n the project.
